Welcome home, midwives. 

I’ve been in your shoes. The eager student, the fresh new midwife, the burnt out business owner. Through it all, I craved community support to balance the passion, profession, and politics of birth work (the patriarchy wasn’t exactly going to smash itself!)

When I couldn’t find the network I needed, I created it… and so the Midwifery Wisdom Collective was born.

We started small and informally, offering the information on litigation, business, self-care, and advanced practice skills I had needed to find for myself initially. As demand grew, I could see there was a real hunger among community midwives for this intimate support. 

A well-supported midwife is a more effective midwife. I found that surrounding myself with a team of trusted experts and mentors allowed my clients to benefit as well. With my own support network in place, I was more available, confident, and skilled for the families in my care, and I had more time for myself and my family. 

Today, Midwifery Wisdom is authentic community support for midwives everywhere. We’re proud to offer globally-accessible content for every point in your journey:

• Online courses: For practical skills like fetal heart tones and defensive charting.
• Self-paced and CEU-approved for MEAC, ACNM, and APRAH. 
• In-person skills workshops
• 1:1 live consultations
• Documents for legal and professional support
• Juicy podcasts and videos
